    目的 分析二氧化碳(CO2)点阵激光联合生长因子对痤疮瘢痕患者皮肤生理功能及皮肤美观度 的影响。方法 选取2023年10月-2025年2月达州市中西医结合医院皮肤科收治的120例痤疮瘢痕患者,以随 机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组实施CO2点阵激光 联合生长因子治疗,比较两组症状缓解时间、临床疗效、皮肤生理参数、皮肤美观度。结果 观察组治疗 后结痂时间、红斑持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(78.33%) (P<0.05);观察组治疗后经皮水分丢失量、角质层蛋白质含量均低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组 (P<0.05);观察组治疗后ECCA评分及皮肤黑素指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在痤疮瘢痕的临 床治疗中,CO2点阵激光联合生长因子疗法疗效确切,该方案不仅能缩短症状缓解时间,有效改善多项皮 肤生理参数,更能全面提升皮肤的美观度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the effect of carbon dioxide (CO2) fractional laser combined with growth factor on skin physiological functions and skin aesthetics in patients with acne scar. Methods A total of 120 patients with acne scar admitted to the Department of Dermatology, Dazhou Integrated TCM&Western Medicine Hospital from October 2023 to February 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 fractional laser, and the observation group was treated with CO2fractional laser combined with growth factor. The clinical efffcacy, symptom relief time, skin physiological parameters and skin aesthetics were compared between the two groups. Results The crust formation time and erythema duration of the observation group after treatment were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (78.33%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the transepidermal water loss and stratum corneum protein content in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the stratum corneum hydration was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The ECCA score and skin melanin index of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acne scar, CO2 fractional laser combined with growth factor therapy has a deffnite curative effect. This scheme can not only shorten the symptom relief time, effectively improve various skin physiological parameters, but also comprehensively enhance skin aesthetics.
