Abstract:In the postgraduate education in stomatology, there are essential differences in the training objectives between professional degree and academic degree postgraduates. However, the current training system has the problem of "homogenization", which is specifically manifested in the insufficient clinical thinking and practical ability of professional degree postgraduates, and the weak scientiffc research transformation ability of academic degree postgraduates. Taking academic degree postgraduates in stomatology as the research subject, combined with national policy backgrounds such as "synergy of medical practice and education" and "Healthy China 2030", this paper focuses on the "homogenization" problem in the current training system. It conducts a systematic analysis from four dimensions: deffnition of training objectives, construction of supervisor teams, curriculum system design, and scientiffc research transformation path design. A "synergy of medical practice, education and research" training path with supervisor teams as the core is proposed, aiming to construct a differentiated and high-quality postgraduate training system in Stomatology and provide practical reference for the hierarchical training of stomatological talents.
