    目的 探讨数字化美学导向技术在前牙缺失种植修复患者中的应用。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年1月于镇江市口腔医院收治的60例前牙缺失种植修复患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用传统种植修复技术,研究组在此基础上应用数字化美学导向技术,比较两组美学效果、种植体植入精度、种植体植入成功率、咬合功能恢复情况、患者满意度。结果 研究组术后PES、WES评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后顶端偏差、尖端偏差及角度偏差指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组种植体植入成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后咬合接触面积、咀嚼效率及咬合均衡性均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于数字化美学导向技术可提升前牙缺失种植修复的植入精度与种植体存活率,同时优化美学效果及咬合功能,从而有效提高患者整体满意度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application of digital aesthetic-guided technology in patients undergoing implant restoration for anterior tooth loss. Methods A total of 60 patients who received implant restoration for anterior tooth loss in Zhenjiang Stomatological Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional implant restoration technology, and the study group was treated with conventional technology combined with digital aesthetic-guided technology. The aesthetic effect, implant placement accuracy, implant success rate, occlusal function recovery and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the scores of PES and WES in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After operation, the apical deviation, tip deviation and angular deviation of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically signiffcant difference in implant success rate between the two groups (P>0.05). After operation, the occlusal contact area, masticatory efffciency and occlusal balance of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The patient satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Digital aesthetic-guided technology can improve the implant placement accuracy and implant survival rate in anterior tooth loss implant restoration. Meanwhile, it optimizes aesthetic effect and occlusal function, thereby effectively enhancing the overall patient satisfaction.
