Abstract:【】 Objective: To explore the impact of periodontal guided tissue regeneration technology on the clinical efficacy and periodontal indicators of patients with moderate to severe periodontitis after clinical treatment. Method: This study conducted a research and analysis on the treatment of 60 patients with moderate to severe periodontitis in Lianyungang 149 Hospital from May 2023 to October 2025. They were evenly divided into 30 cases each by the random number table method. Reference group: Conventional flap surgery therapy; Research Group: Periodontal guided Tissue Regeneration Technology The differences in treatment outcomes between the two groups were compared clinically.Result:The improvement degrees of the total effective rate of treatment, quality of life, aesthetic effect, periodontal indicators and alveolar bone indicators of the study group were significantly compared with those of the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical treatment of moderate to severe periodontitis, periodontal guided tissue regeneration technology possesses unique therapeutic advantages. It not only enhances the overall treatment effect but also promotes the improvement of periodontal indicators.
