Objective To explore the efficacy of recombinant humanized type Ⅲ collagen for injection (RhCol-Ⅲ) combined with 755 nm honeycomb picosecond laser Pro in improving periocular ffne lines. Methods A total of 60 patients who received treatment for periocular fine lines in Hangzhou Phiskin Mingyan Medical Aesthetic Clinic from April to October 2025 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 755 nm honeycomb picosecond laser Pro alone, and the observation group was treated with RhCol-Ⅲ combined with 755 nm honeycomb picosecond laser Pro. The improvement of periocular ffne lines, treatment effect and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the periocular ffne line improvement score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%) (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (73.33%) (P<0.05). Conclusion RhCol-Ⅲ combined with 755 nmhoneycomb picosecond laser Pro has a good effect in improving periocular fine lines. It can enhance the total effective rate and patient satisfaction, and thus possesses definite clinical application value.
