    目的:探究微螺钉种植体支抗治疗对口腔正畸患者牙根吸收状况,咀嚼功能和美观程度的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2023年12月医院口腔正畸治疗病患62例,以随机数表分组,对照组31例支抗方式为予口外弓强支抗,研究组31例支抗为微螺钉种植体支抗,对两组牙根吸收状况、咀嚼功能、美观程度以及并发症进行比较分析。结果:治疗前,上颌和下颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙体积比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组体积均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但组间比无差异(P>0.05)。治疗前,咀嚼功能测量值、美观程度评分比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,咀嚼功能测量值、美观程度评分均较治疗前增加,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔正畸治疗中运用微螺钉种植体支抗治疗,能利于患者牙根吸收,改善患者咀嚼功能与美观程度,并降低患者并发症风险。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the effect of microscrew implant anchorage on root resorption, masticatory function, and aesthetic outcomes in patients undergoing orthodontic treatment. Methods:Sixty-two patients who received orthodontic treatment at the hospital between January 2019 and December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table: the control group (n=31) received extraoral high-pull headgear anchorage, while the study group (n=31) received microscrew implant anchorage. The two groups were compared and analyzed in terms of root resorption, masticatory function, aesthetic outcomes, and complication rates. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the volume ratio of the maxillary and mandibular central incisors, lateral incisors, and canines between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the tooth volumes in both groups decreased compared to pre-treatment values (P<0.05), but no significant difference was observed between the groups (P>0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in masticatory function measurements and aesthetic scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, both masticatory function measurements and aesthetic scores improved compared to pre-treatment levels, with the study group showing significantly higher values than the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment can help control root resorption, improve masticatory function and aesthetic outcomes, and reduce the risk of complications.
