Abstract:Objective: To investigate the comparative efficacy of immediate versus delayed restoration in cosmetic restoration of single anterior tooth implants. Methods: A total of 100 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of single anterior teeth with dental implants in our hospital from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Based on the timing of implant restoration, they were divided into two groups: the control group (delayed restoration, n=50) and the observation group (immediate restoration, n=50). The periodontal health status, implant stability, aesthetic outcomes, and satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: The periodontal health assessment data at different time points after restoration in the observation group showed significantly higher values for implant stability, aesthetic evaluation, and satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Immediate restoration in single anterior tooth implant cosmetic restoration can help improve the periodontal health status of patients, enhance implant stability, and promote aesthetic outcomes and satisfaction.
