Abstract:Objective: To analyze the impact of targeted systematic nursing on the aesthetic effect and appearance satisfaction of patients undergoing upper eyelid ptosis surgery. Method: Sixty patients who underwent upper eyelid ptosis surgery in our hospital from July 2023 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group (30 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (30 cases, targeted systematic nursing), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The aesthetic effect of the eyelids in the observation group (eyelid symmetry, eyelid height, eyelid margin morphology score) was better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); The appearance satisfaction and nursing compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted systematic nursing for patients undergoing upper eyelid ptosis surgery can significantly improve the aesthetic effect, appearance satisfaction, nursing compliance, and significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
