    目的 探讨红蓝光联合点阵激光技术在寻常性痤疮炎症期控制及后期瘢痕修复中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2024年9月至2025年3月期间我院皮肤科收治的80例中重度寻常型痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上,炎症期给予红蓝光照射治疗,炎症控制后进行点阵CO?激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效、痤疮皮损计数、痤疮瘢痕评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗12周后,两组患者的炎性皮损计数均显著下降,且观察组皮损计数较对照组少(P<0.05);治疗12周后,观察组的ECCA瘢痕评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无意义(P>0.05)。结论 红蓝光联合点阵激光治疗痤疮疗效明显,可有效控制炎症反应,改善后期瘢痕。

    Abstract:

    SObjective To investigate the clinical application value of red-blue light combined with fractional laser technology in controlling the inflammatory phase of acne vulgaris and subsequent scar repair. Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris admitted to the Department of Dermatology of our hospital from September 2024 to March 2025 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received red-blue light irradiation during the inflammatory phase on the basis of conventional drug therapy, followed by fractional CO? laser treatment after inflammation was controlled. The clinical efficacy, acne lesion count, acne scar score, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the number of inflammatory lesions decreased significantly in both groups, and the observation group had fewer lesions than the control group (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the improvement in ECCA scar score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Red-blue light combined with fractional laser therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on acne, effectively controlling inflammation and improving late-stage scars.
