Abstract:Objective: To analyse the clinical effect of acupuncture to improve the depth of nasolabial groove and facial aesthetic score. Methods: 45 patients with concave wrinkles in the nasolabial grooves admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to February 2026 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (22 cases) and the observation group (23 cases) by random numerical table method. The patients in the control group were treated with injection filling, and the patients in the observation group were treated with welcome Acupuncture treatment such as incense and cheekbola, compare the depth of the nasolabial groove, facial aesthetic score and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment before and after treatment of the two groups of patients. Results: Before treatment, the difference between the depth of nasolabial grooves and facial aesthetic scores of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the depth of the nasolabial grooves of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the facial aesthetic score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Group, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of acupuncture to improve the depth of the nasolabial groove and the aesthetic score of the face is significant, and the safety is high.
