    目的:分析数字化口扫印模技术与传统硅橡胶印模技术在口腔固定义齿修复中的临床应用差异。方法:以2025年3月至9月期间我科接诊的80例需行固定义齿修复治疗的牙体缺损、牙列缺损病例为研究样本。采用随机数字表法执行1:1分组(n=40),对照组采用传统临床常规修复印模方案,观察组则采用口腔数字化口内扫描印模技术完成修复取模及数据采集工作。两组的临床疗效对比主要围绕临床取模操作相关指标、修复体适配精准度相关指标、临床总体修复治疗疗效,以及修复后并发症发生情况展开。结果:相较于对照组,观察组临床取模操作相关指标、修复体适配精准度相关指标均较优(P<0.05);相较于对照组,临床总体修复疗效均较高,并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:针对口腔牙体及牙列缺损需行固定义齿修复的患者,采用数字化印模技术替代传统印模技术开展临床取模工作,可有效缩短临床取模操作时间,提升修复体制作适配精准度与临床整体修复疗效,改善患者诊疗过程舒适度,同时降低固定修复术后相关并发症发生风险,临床应用综合疗效更优异。

    Abstract:

    Objective: Analysis of the clinical application differences between digital oral scanning impression technology and traditional silicone rubber impression technology in the restoration of oral fixed dentures.Method:A total of 80 cases of dental defects and dental arch defects requiring fixed denture restoration treatment received by our department from March to September 2025 were selected as the research sample. Random number table method was used to perform 1:1 grouping (n=40), with the control group using traditional clinical conventional restoration impression scheme, and the observation group using oral digital intraoral scanning impression technology to complete restoration and data collection. The clinical efficacy comparison between the two groups mainly focuses on indicators related to clinical modeling operation, accuracy of prosthesis adaptation, overall clinical efficacy of restorative treatment, and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed better clinical modeling operation related indicators and restoration fitting accuracy related indicators (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the overall clinical repair efficacy was higher and the incidence of complications was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with oral and dental defects requiring fixed denture restoration, digital impression technology is used to replace traditional impression technology for clinical modeling work. This can effectively shorten the clinical modeling operation time, improve the accuracy of restoration production and overall clinical restoration efficacy, improve patient comfort during diagnosis and treatment, and reduce the risk of related complications after fixed restoration surgery. The comprehensive clinical application effect is more excellent.
