    目的 探究超皮秒激光联合强脉冲光(IPL)对黄褐斑患者皮损程度的影响。方法 选取2024年8月-2025年8月包头吴姝华美医疗美容医院接诊210例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各105例。对照组采取IPL治疗,观察组采取超皮秒激光联合IPL治疗,比较两组治疗效果、皮损程度、炎症因子指标、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率(98.10%)高于对照组(90.48%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损面积及颜色评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针对黄褐斑,采用超皮秒激光联合IPL治疗,效果确切,能有效修复皮损、降低炎症反应,且未增加不良反应发生风险。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of ultra-picosecond laser combined with intense pulsed light (IPL) on skin lesion severity in patients with melasma. Methods A total of 210 patients with melasma admitted to Baotou Wushu Huamei Medical Aesthetics Hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 105 patients in each group. The control group was treated with IPL, and the observation group was treated with ultra-picosecond laser combined with IPL. The treatment effect, skin lesion severity, inffammatory factor indicators and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (98.10%) was higher than that of the control group (90.48%) (P<0.05). The scores of skin lesion area and color in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of all inffammatory factor indicators in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically signiffcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion For melasma, the combination of ultra-picosecond laser and IPL therapy is effective, which can effectively repair skin lesions, reduce inffammatory response, and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
