Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of oral implant restoration under digital guide plate on aesthetic effect in patients with dentition loss. Methods A total of 86 patients with dentition loss admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (n=43) and the study group (n=43) according to different treatment methods. The control group received conventional oral implant restoration, and the study group received oral implant restoration under digital guide plate. The aesthetic effect, restoration accuracy, periodontal health indicators and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of PES and WES in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The depth deviation, apical distance deviation, cervical distance deviation and angular deviation of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The gingival index, plaque index and gingival bleeding index of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group (2.33%) was lower than that in the control group (18.60%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of oral implant restoration under digital guide plate in patients with dentition loss can improve aesthetic effect. Compared with conventional oral implant restoration, it has higher restoration accuracy, can effectively improve periodontal health indicators, and is associated with a lower incidence of post-restoration complications, demonstrating good safety.
