    目的 探讨案例教学法(CBL)在皮肤美容教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月-2024年5月安宁市中医医院接受培训的42名皮肤美容进修医师作为研究对象,按入组时间顺序不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各21名。对照组行常规教学,观察组行CBL教学,比较两组批判性思维能力、考核成绩、教学质量、自主学习能力。结果 观察组教学后CTDI-CV评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学后理论成绩、临床技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学后教学质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学后自主学习能力各项指标评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CBL教学模式有效提升了皮肤美容进修医师的理论水平、临床技能及自主学习能力,同时强化了教学质量和批判性临床思维。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning (CBL) in the teaching of cosmetic dermatology. Methods A total of 42 advanced training physicians in cosmetic dermatology who received training at Anning Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different enrollment dates, with 21 physicians in each group. The control group received conventional teaching, and the observation group received CBL teaching. The critical thinking ability, assessment scores, teaching quality and autonomous learning ability were compared between the two groups. Results The CTDI-CV score of the observation group after teaching was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The theoretical score and clinical skill score of the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The teaching quality of the observation group after teaching was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of all indicators of autonomous learning ability and total score in the observation group after teaching were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The CBL teaching mode effectively improves the theoretical level, clinical skills and autonomous learning ability of advanced training physicians in cosmetic dermatology, and simultaneously enhances teaching quality and critical clinical thinking.
