Abstract:With the in-depth development of internet technology, the traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology industry in China is undergoing digital transformation. Consumers booking services through mobile applications have become the norm, and the demand for teleconsultation and personalized customization is growing rapidly, forcing industry practitioners to adapt to digital service methods. This transformation has created new employment opportunities for professional skilled talents, and individual practice and small studios have gradually become important components of the market. Based on the above background, this paper explores the core concepts of digital ffexible employment in traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology, and systematically analyzes the current development status and challenges of the supply side, demand side and platform side. On this basis, it proposes the design ideas of technology empowerment, ecological empowerment and policy empowerment, and discusses the implementation paths at different stages. Through the feasibility analysis of research methods, it looks forward to the application prospect of this model, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the ffexible employment model in the traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology industry.
